Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in alarm system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. If you have a passion for ensuring the safety and security of clients through effective alarm systems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, maintain, and repair alarm systems
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of alarm systems
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with alarm systems
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for alarm system installations
- Mechanical knowledge for handling power tools and hand tools effectively
- Experience in alarm system sales or field service is a plus
- Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting and fire alarm sales
- Ability to detect and resolve issues with alarm systems promptly
- Proven track record as a service technician in the alarm industry
